What we do with your details.

What we collect

When you send us a message through this website we collect your name, your phone number, and — if you give one — your email address, along with whatever you write in the message and any event date or place you tell us about. We also record which page you sent it from.

Why

Only to reply to you and to arrange work you have asked about. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with anyone for advertising, and we do not send marketing to people who have only made an enquiry.

If you leave us a review

A review asks for your name, your phone number and, if you want to give one, your email. Your words, your name and your star rating are what we publish — that is what the tick box on the form agrees to. Your phone number and your email are never published: they are only so we can check a review came from somebody we actually worked for, and they are erased two years later while the review itself stays up.

Nothing you send appears on the site straight away. Somebody here reads it first. You can ask us to take a review down at any time and we will, without asking why.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years and then deleted automatically. Contact details given with a review go on the same clock. If you become a customer we keep the records relating to your work for longer, because we need them for accounts and for the files themselves.

Photographs of you

We only publish photographs of a wedding, event or shoot on this website or on our social media if the people who booked it have agreed. If a photograph of you is on this site and you would like it removed, write to us and we will take it down. You do not have to give a reason.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to playmatrixstudioofficial@gmail.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Changing your mind (withdrawing consent)

You agreed to this notice with one tick, and taking that back should be just as easy. Send one message to playmatrixstudioofficial@gmail.com saying you have changed your mind, and we will delete what we hold about you. You do not have to give a reason, fill in a form, or speak to anyone. If we are in the middle of work you have booked, we will tell you which records we have to keep for the accounts and delete everything else.

Grievance Officer

Not yet filled in. Indian law requires a named person and their contact details to be published here. Add them in Site Settings before this site goes live.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers. The fonts are served from our own domain, so no other company sees your visit.
